Usage Rights:

By purchasing a high-resolution image file, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the image for personal purposes only.

Patrick Duncan Photography retains full ownership and copyright of all images.

The image may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed, or shared with third parties.

You may not alter, edit, or create derivative works from the image without prior written permission.

No refunds or cancellations will be provided once the digital file image has been purchased.

Commercial Use and Copyright:

Please contact us if you wish to purchase the image copyright. Fees will be quoted on an individual basis.

Shipping is included in the price of every product offering. Each print is made to order and dispatched within 5–7 business days by our trusted partners at Pixel Perfect Australia. Your print will be carefully packaged in a protective tube and sent with tracking.
